Can you sell your site once you purchase
it?
Yes, at closing a general warranty deed will be
conveyed which allows you to deed it to a family member or sell your
campsite whichever you desire.
Are there restrictions to campers that can be placed on a site?
Yes, it has to be deemed a RV/camper by the Department of Motor
Vehicles. You cannot stick build a home on your campsite.
10 year is the maximum age of a camper/RV that is allowed to stay on
a site. It will be up to the home owners association if they
can stay beyond the 10 years. It will probably depend on the
outside appearance of the camper if they can stay longer. It is
25 years on the Park Homes (little Mobile homes). Click

Can I rent my site out to other camper owners?
Yes, once you have closed on your campsite. You will be the
sole owner and may rent it out if you choose to do so. We do
ask that whoever is renting your site please be courteous to fellow
campers as well as keep there site clean and well maintained.
Please keep in mind we are a family campground and any disciplinary
actions or fines will be the owner's responsibility.
