Frequently Asked Questions

Can you sell your site once you purchase it?
Yes, at closing a general warranty deed will be conveyed which allows you to deed it to a family member or sell your campsite whichever you desire.

Are there restrictions to campers that can be placed on a site?
Yes, it has to be deemed a RV/camper by the Department of Motor Vehicles.  You cannot stick build a home on your campsite.  10 year is the maximum age of a camper/RV that is allowed to stay on a site.  It will be up to the home owners association if they can stay beyond the 10 years.  It will probably depend on the outside appearance of the camper if they can stay longer.  It is 25 years on the Park Homes (little Mobile homes).  Click here for a copy of our Property Disclosure.

Can I rent my site out to other camper owners?
Yes, once you have closed on your campsite.  You will be the sole owner and may rent it out if you choose to do so.  We do ask that whoever is renting your site please be courteous to fellow campers as well as keep there site clean and well maintained.  Please keep in mind we are a family campground and any disciplinary actions or fines will be the owner's responsibility.
